Tangle Athene, also occasionally known as Rachel Lige, comes to PennyBlack by way of Shinobi Tattoo in Kelowna. After extensive training by the extremely talented Ryan Cardinal, Tangle has developed a bold and elegant style of tattooing that suits PennyBlack perfectly.
